    简单诱人的马铃薯焗豆香肠锅简单煮煮就能吃了,既能当饭又可以当菜的能量美食,很有饱腹感,也不复杂。

    Step 1

    干锅内倒入少许橄榄油,将鸡尾酒香肠煎至金黄,备用。Heat some olive oil in wok, sear the cocktails sausages until golden brown, set aside.

    Step 2

    使用原锅,热少许橄榄油将蒜茸炒香。 Use the same wok, sauté chopped garlic with some olive oil till fragrant.

    Step 3

    下马铃薯丁和调味料,炒匀。Add in potatoes and seasoning, stir well.

    Step 4

    倒入罐头焗豆,炒匀后下香煎鸡尾酒香肠,小火煮至滚后,即可熄火,配以乡村面包一起享用。Pour in bake bean and stir well, add in sausage, cook with low heat till boil. Off heat, serve it with bun.
